General Information on Vehicle's imported by N.E. Automotives

• All new vehicle's are provided with a Certificate of Conformity (only on Imports
• Unless stated all vehicle's are to a minimum of UK Specification.
• All new vehicle's carry a full pan European manufactures warranty. Though some vary in length.
• All new vehicle's will be first registered into the customers name and address unless stated that the vehicle has been pre registered.
• All delivery dates quoted are approximate, and can only be as accurate as the information provided by manufacture's / brokers.
• All delivery schedule's are valid from point of deposit.
• All used Japanese vehicles that are under 10 years old will have a ESVA test.
• If required a BIMTA certificate can be provided to authenticate Japanese vehicles.
• All used vehicles are independently inspected by the RAC.

Items Required To Order

• A Fully completed order form.
• A Deposit relevant to the vehicle. (Forecourt Vehicle £500, Compound Stock vehicle £250)
• A copy of your UK passport & Driving license to verify your signature and UK mainland address.
• Finally a valid cover note for the insurance of your new vehicle either with the chassis number in full or the registration.. (When required)

Methods Of Ordering

• (1) New or Used stock vehicle. (Pre-Ordered)
• (2) New UK Supplied vehicles specifically ordered to the customer's specification. (Vehicle's that have to be ordered from the dealer/factory)

How To Order a New Stock or Used Vehicle

• Complete the order form and send with the relevant deposit by post.
• Once the vehicle has been ordered and prepared  for collection, the customer will be notified that the vehicle is ready for them to collect.
• The remaining balance will be required before the vehicle can be taken away or the remaining balance can be paid during collection providing it is either a Banker's draft or cash. (A guaranteed means of payment).
• Please note that if finance has been arranged by us for you please bring your Valid Driving license including counter part if its the new style license, and a recent utility bill not more than 60 days old..
• If a part exchange is being taken in by NEA please bring the V5 registration, a valid MOT certificate, service books and relevant service invoices.
• If a part exchange has been agreed on your present car please bring your V5 registration document, a valid MOT certificate & any relevant service invoices and records. Failure to produce and MOT and or registration document will result in this new car not being able to be released.

How To Order A New Vehicle

• Select your vehicle.
• Complete the order form, relevant deposit, copy Driving license, copy of a recent utility bill and complete the finance application online and press send. To do this fill in contact us and select finance option.
• Once the order has been processed you will be sent a confirmation on the delivery and if the finance application has been successful.
• As soon as the Chassis Number is confirmed you will be notified to allow you to provide an Insurance Cover Note to register the vehicle in your name.
• The Vehicles first available collection date will be notified to you immediately following registration.
• At the point of collection all remaining balances will need to be cleared. Please allow 4 days for cheques or on the day of collection balance by bankers draft or cash only (A guaranteed means of transport).
• Please note delivery dates are only approximate as we are relying on the main dealers and transport companies. 
• If a part exchange is being taken in by NEA please bring the V5 registration, a valid MOT certificate, service books and relevant service invoices.

General Term's & Condition's

• When a car is purchased the term 'On The Road' means that the cost is fully inclusive.
• All payment's and charges are fully inclusive of VAT.
• Collection unless stated otherwise is from NEAutomotives forecourt in Ledbury.
• If a delivery is required it will be charged at £2.05 per mile Inclusive of VAT + a booking fee of £11.75 Inclusive of VAT.
• All delivery date's are approximate and can only be as accurate as the schedules passed to NE Automotives by the factory.
• All customer's have the right to a 7 Day cooling off period unless the vehicle ordered is a specific specification stated to by the customer.
• All price's will remain valid unless the exchange rate changes or the manufacture alters their supply price for Imported Vehicles.
• All order's will be fully confirmed after the order form has been completed and the deposit has been paid.
•  Please note that if the vehicle has been ordered specifically to your requirements the cooling off period does not apply. For example either a Japanese vehicle ordered to a specific requirement or a new vehicle to your specification.
